What’s this all about?

I love to write and I love to “talk shop,” so this website scratches both of those itches for me.  

After 25 years of running small businesses, my business is far from perfect and I still find it very challenging.  

But I do love writing and marketing.  

In fact, if I could do nothing all day but write my customer newsletter or tweak an article on my website, I’d be in heaven.

I always do my best to write clearly and specifically about my ideas, so you’ll understand exactly what I’m talking about.
